ClaimLink gives you online access to the status of your medical and dental claims, deductible status, the ability to view and print EOBs, and confirm eligibility, to name just a few of the great options available day or night.
Security is a primary concern of HealthChoice and therefore, you will need to register a unique username and password to gain access to your information. Registration only takes a moment, but you will need your Member ID number. HealthChoice hopes you find this service to be a user friendly tool for answering your questions.
EGID has an online service, developed by HP Administrative Services, LLC that allows providers to check the status of medical and dental claims. EGID is excited to announce that all Network dentists and providers who bill using CMS-1500 or ADA 2012 forms can now file claims online through ClaimLink.

IMPORTANT: You must first register as a provider for each location and network (HealthChoice, DOC, or DRS) for which you file claims. To register, Network Providers need to have the following information available:
Your tax identification number associated with the PIN you are registering.
Your ten-digit NPI number or your SSN (provider ID)
Your provider identification number (PIN) is located on each Remittance Advice. Or, you can contact our medical and dental claims administrator at 405-416-1800 or 800-782-5218.
After you complete your initial registration, you will be asked to create your own unique username and password.
Once you register as a provider, you can create delegates. For information on how to create a delegate, select the link “Access ClaimLink above and navigate to the “FAQs” at the bottom of the home page. Your delegate will need to enter the last four digits of their driver license number and the delegate code that is assigned after you register for ClaimLink.
Online claim submission is a much more efficient method of submitting claims. It significantly reduces processing errors and improves the turnaround time for claim payments. A presentation that outlines the online claims submission process is available once you log into ClaimLink.
