Jim Marshall - Commissioner Mulready Designee

Jim Marshall, M.P.A., M.A. (Economics), MBA, serves as assistant commissioner to Glen Mulready. In that capacity, Marshall is director of operations.

Marshall earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in the management of human resources from Southern Nazarene University, a master’s in public administration and Master of Arts (majoring in Economics) from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Business Administration from Northcentral University.  

Marshall is a Certified Personnel Professional through the State of Oklahoma and has earned the Professional Insurance Regulator designation through the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
