Executive Committee

  • Executive leadership of participating state agencies
  • The Executive Committee tasks the Data Governance Committee with Managing data-related tasks.
  • The Executive Committee is the decision-making body for data governance.
  • Data solutions are recommended to the Executive Committee for review and approval.

Data Governance Committee

  • Executive directors and data experts from participating state agencies.

Multi-Agency Steward Workgroups/Subcommittees

  • Individuals from participating agencies who work with data.
  • Agencies manage and provide data for shared services when needed.
  • Agency stewards escalate data issues to the Data Governance Committee.

*At times, state agencies outside the interagency committee may be involved in shared services.

*Data stewards workgroups may be built around specific shared services projects, or around specific data issues that apply to one or more shared services projects.
